Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final unless the unit is not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your product(s) purchased, please email info@daviniabhairstylist.com with your dispute and allow 24hrs for a response.

Where a dispute is successful all shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking  and delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise and all products sent before an exchange can be made and units will not be accepted for refund or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products.

n a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange/refund.
